For the 17-4ph stainless steel version of the solvent traps, we want to make sure the material is genuine and properly heat treated.
So we did a chemical elements detecting using the XRF analyzer. According to the analyzer, the material was correctly recognized as 17-4ph as expected.
Following that, a hardness test showed the material hardness result HRC31 which is perfect for machining and also indicates that the material was proper heat treated for all afterwards processes.
